Finding the right candidate for a position can be a tough process filled with numerous pitfalls and formalities. A wrong decision early in the process can lead to misunderstandings and awkward conversations between the hiring manager and the candidate during the final stages of the hiring process. In a sense, recruiting is like dating for a professional partner. The employers and job seekers are both looking for mutually beneficial relationships that fulfill each other’s needs. Finding the right person who has similar personalities, goals, and interests can be a challenge when you don’t know where to start.
